1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Yeetrix website (yeetrix.com) or engaging Yeetrix for any services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Yeetrix Systems Inc. ("Yeetrix," "we," "us," or "our").

Yeetrix provides digital solutions including, but not limited to, web development, mobile application development, AI integration, UI/UX design, and cloud infrastructure services.
All service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in separate project-specific agreements, proposals, or contracts (collectively, "Service Agreements") that are executed between Yeetrix and the Client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
Yeetrix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Payment for Yeetrix services is governed by the terms outlined in the applicable Service Agreement or proposal. General payment terms are as follows:

Client-Owned Work: Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, Yeetrix assigns to the Client all rights, title, and interest in the final custom deliverables created specifically for that project.

Third-Party Components: Deliverables may incorporate open-source software or third-party components, each subject to its own license terms.
Portfolio Rights: Yeetrix reserves the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yeetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services.
Yeetrix's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Yeetrix for that specific project in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Yeetrix does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or performance metrics as a result of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days' written notice, subject to the terms of the applicable Service Agreement.
Upon termination:
Yeetrix reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without notice if the Client is in breach of these Terms or any applicable Service Agreement.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration before any legal proceedings are initiated.
You agree that any legal action shall be brought in the jurisdiction where Yeetrix is registered, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
11. Changes to These Terms
Yeetrix reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
